Is it safe to use my credit card?
Placing an order online at www.worldmarkstore.com is just as safe, if not safer than giving your credit card number over the phone. Your personal information and credit card details are transmitted using 128-bit encryption with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. This is the industry standard for secure online transactions.

When you enter the part of the site that accepts your credit card information, you will be switched to a secure site and a lock icon will appear on the bottom of your web browser. You can learn more about SSL at www.SSL.com.

What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. WorldMark credits are no longer accepted as a payment option.

Why is my purchase defaulting to a credit card payment method?
The site no longer accepts WorldMark credits.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within one business day. If the products are shipped from our company warehouse, domestic orders are generally delivered within 10 business days with international orders usually delivered within 15 days (additional time may be required to clear customs).

Please note that some items will be shipped from company direct outlets and can take 4+ weeks for delivery. Please do not contact WorldMark to check shipping status until the 4th week has passed. We thank you for your patience!

Will I have to pay tax?
Tax will be added based on the ship-to destination for the order.

What is your return policy?
If you need assistance with your order, please contact us at info@worldmarkstore.com. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the unopened, undamaged product within 30 days of purchase to: WorldMark by Wyndham, 15530 Woodinville-Redmond Rd NE, Suite B400, Woodinville, WA 98072. If the credits are current we will issue a full refund to your account. Expired credits are posted back into your account and need to be booked by the end of the same business day as the refund. When returning merchandise, please include your pack slip, reason for return and credit status explanation so we can process it accordingly. Refunds will be processed within two weeks of returned product receipt.

Can I ship items to multiple addresses?
At this time, we can only ship each order to a single address.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

What if the item I want is out of stock or back-ordered?
If an item you order is out of stock, you will be notified in an order status email. Your credit card will not be charged for out of stock items.  Back-orders will be shipped as product becomes available and your account or credit card will only be charged at the time of shipment.

Once an order is submitted and I have my confirmation, can I make changes to the order?
Once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed online.  The order must be canceled and replaced with new quantities and items.  Please contact Owner Services at 1.888.648.7363 or send an email to info@worldmarkstore.com and request the cancellation of your order.  Please make sure to provide the order number as well as your last name.
